Content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and the Redpine name, belongs to us or our licensors. Any use beyond personal viewing, including copying at scale or using the content to train AI models, needs our written permission.

2. Fair use of the Site

You agree not to use the Site unlawfully, scrape or bulk-download content beyond normal search indexing, interfere with its security or operation, or use it to send spam or harmful material.

3. Newsletter and demo requests

If you share your email to subscribe or request a demo, we might use it to get in touch about Redpine. You can opt out anytime. We handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. No warranties

The Site is provided as is. Information here is for general guidance, not a contractual commitment, offer, or investment advice, and may change without notice.

5. Liability

This policy explains how Redpine Technology AB ("Redpine", "we") handles personal data collected through redpine.ai (the "Site"). We are the controller of this data.

1. What we collect

We only collect what you give us or what is needed to run the Site:

• details you submit through forms, such as name, email, company, and any message;
• basic technical data your browser sends, such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, used to understand how the Site is used and keep it secure.

We don't run advertising.
